Tina is a fitness enthusiast who has been practicing yoga for many years. She holds a black belt in mixed martial arts and has knowledge in multiple fitness programs. She obtained her RYT 200-hour teacher certification after realizing she wanted more balance in life.
As a wife and mother, she understands life can be hectic. She believes anyone can do yoga and the benefits are endless. Through yoga, she helps students to find more harmony in their life, mindfulness, self-care and inspiration. Yoga is a great way to cultivate body awareness while strengthening muscles and becoming more flexible, which helps students to avoid injuries.
She looks forward to every class and every student who she can share the journey with.
